These controllers have a special fluted shape which provides extra stability both in flight and in the water. The bomb weight is aerodynamic for distance casting and balanced so the controller sits low in the water to help maintain position when mending line. The body is ultra light and buoyant yet far more durable than balsa or foam. Under water its special semi-transparent non-reflective finish provides carp anglers with the most unobtrusive controller available.

Green pike wire is a top quality stainless steel braid with an ultra thin nylon coating. This makes it extra smooth and improves durability.

Pike rigs can be made up by the traditional twisted wire method and the twist sealed in place by melting and fusing the nylon coating over a low flame.

Alternatively, slim crimps one size up on those recommended for Drennan 7 strand can be used. For strongest joints flatten crimp in three central places avoiding either end.
