About Us My name is Paul Yates and I am setting up this On-Lline Store as an extension of my shop in Doncaster. I am an ex-England International fisherman and I have a wealth of experience to offer you through the selection of products I am putting in the Store.

The On-Line Store is in its early build stage so please bear with us as we add products on an on-going basis. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please ring the shop (01302 363629) or email through the contact us page as we may well have stock available in the shop but not yet up-loaded to the internet store.

We aim to provide you with a friendly and efficient service with items in stock being mailed within forty-eight hours of payment clearance. If, for any reason, this is not the case we will email you.

If you require advice or help about any of the products we offer, please feel free to email us. We will always do our best to answer queries.

Doncaster Fishing Centre Limited are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the link on the store page.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most payment cards including Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept American Express at this time. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may provide your credit card information via phone (01509 414404 Store Administration or 01302 363629 Shop).

During the initial site build we will only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. However, in the longer term this will change and if you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, when you place your order your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We use Sellerdeck Payments powered by CreditCall to capture your credit and debit card details. This is highly secure. Not all shoppers will have Java support installed or enabled. Should you, therefore, have difficulty in placing your details via the internet, please ring 01509 414404 (our on-line store administration office) and we will process your order over the telephone. Credit and debit card numbers supplied through Sellerdeck Payments are not held in clear text on our web site or downloaded to our computer. If your order changes after being placed we can effect alterations to the value by logging into your payment via Sellerdeck Payments highly secure facility but do not have access to your actual card details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Our standard mailing will be for deliveries between Monday and Friday and will be signed for for all items up to £30 in value or for a weight up to 1kilo. For orders over £30 in value or over 1kilo in weight we may use a courier service of our own choosing.

Currently shipping and handling costs will be added to your order either during the checkout stages or prior to despatch, unless a special offer is in progress. Currently added charges are as follows: small packages £3.50, medium packages £5.50 and large packages £8. For European and international postage costs, these will be advised by email after order placement. Subject to your written acceptance your order will then be processed. Please email or telephone us if you have any queries prior to placing an order.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two-six business days (Monday - Friday), after clearance of payment.

During this initial site start up stage we will only offer deliveries within the United Kingdom.

When we can offer deliveries internationally, we will not accept liability for any payments - taxes or import duties - which may be payable for goods with delivery addresses outside of the United Kingdom. International orders, depending on destination, will generally be received in under 10 days.

Our aims regarding delivery dates are given in good faith, but are subject to all matters beyond the company's control including delays by suppliers, lockouts, strikes and Acts of God.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. To deduct VAT from the prices shown in the shop use the following calculation: If item costs £25, £25 divided by 1.2 equals £20.83. Price less VAT, therefore, £20.83.

An exception to this is "books". Books which do not carry VAT normally are shown at the actual price.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This is a highly secure system.
Guarantee It is Doncaster Fishing Centre Limited's aim to deal with all orders in a fair, efficient and friendly way. We trust you will find your shopping experience with us not just satisfactory but enjoyable.

All items sold are subject to manufacturers' guarantee (usually twelve months). All goods sold comply with current legislation and consumers are reminded that these items/conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.
We may use your data for marketing purposes but will always provide a means for you to opt out. We will never use your data in a way that conflicts with your own legal rights and interests.
If we share information with a third party, such as a payment gateway or delivery company, their use of your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We will make our reasonable endeavours to ensure that all third parties treat your personal data in a legal and appropriate way.
We endeavour not to transfer the data of EU citizens outside the EU but where we cannot avoid it we will only do so via a third party that have conformed to all of the appropriate EU legislation providing equivalent protection to that if the data was retained within the EU.

TARGETED ADVERTISING
We may source data from publicly available lists of contacts to use only to target advertising as described above and again under Legitimate Interest. We never use this data to directly contact you.
Our Legitimate Interest is to provide marketing information to people who have shown their interest in our products. We also have a Legitimate Interest in finding other, similar, people and we may use your email address or phone number to help find such people without any detrimental impact on you and our advertising suppliers similarly have a Legitimate Interest in displaying the most relevant ads.
The third-party processors that we use are large responsible companies or organisations and we are sure they have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your data. Many of these use sub-processors themselves such as cloud services like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure to run their own services. In the case of payment processors, the entire banking infrastructure lies behind them and they pass data to Visa, Mastercard, other similar schemes, the relevant card issuer and acquirer.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING
We may use personal data for automated decision making; we may send you emails, notifications or other communication that are tailored to you and based on your purchasing history.
Some advertisers, particularly Facebook and Google (but there are others), are used by us and decide what advertisements to show to people based on automated processing of personal information, in order to make those advertisements as relevant as possible to the people who see them. These advertisers should provide the means for you to opt out of such personalisation.

If we process your data for marketing purposes on the basis of your Legitimate Interest, you have the right to object. You also have the right to withdraw your Consent to being marketed to, if you previously gave your Consent.
You have the right to see the data held about you and to receive a copy. You have the right to have any errors corrected. You have the right to ask and be told where your data came from.
